How often do you ever worry about the health of your little one’s teeth? Do you do everything you can think of to keep your child’s smile healthy and strong? Naturally, brushing and flossing are crucial steps, but have you heard that you should also watch their development? Still, do you know about when your children’s teeth should be loose or when they should erupt?

Most children have their first tooth should come in when they’re about six months old. However, many children get their first tooth when they’re about around ten months old. On a related note, we suggest scheduling an appointment for your child six months after their first pearly white erupts. Your little one should also have all of their teeth when they’re three years old. Still, many children have all of their baby teeth before they’re two.

Children usually lose their first tooth when they’re around six years old and should lose all of their baby teeth when they’re ten, though many children lose teeth until they’re twelve. If your child loses one of their teeth too early, typically before they’re five, we suggest contacting our team. If your child still has all of their teeth when they’re eight, please give us a call.
